Every paver installation quote includes the following. No line items that should be standard showing up as add-ons.
Full base excavation: compact track loader excavates to required depth. Subgrade inspected. Soft areas corrected with additional compacted crushed stone before base goes down.
Compacted aggregate base: 3/4 processed stone installed in lifts, each compacted with the heavy tandem drum vibratory roller. Base elevation checked against string lines before edge restraints go in.
Edge restraints: Perimeter restraints spiked into base before any paver units are set. Without them, field units migrate outward and joints open over time. Non-negotiable structural element.
Sand setting bed: One inch of coarse bedding sand screeded flat. Set in sections — we do not spread the full bed and walk on it.
Paver setting: Units placed in specified pattern. Cuts at edges and obstacles made on a wet saw for tight, clean lines.
Compaction and polymeric sand: Plate compactor seats units. Polymeric sand swept in and misted to activate binder. Final compaction pass locks joints. Surface ready for vehicle traffic in 24 hours.

How We Handle Payment
We require a 10 percent deposit when you sign your contract and a materials payment 72 hours after signing so we can order paver units and lock your schedule. The remaining balance is due on completion after your walkthrough and approval. If you are not satisfied we do not consider the job complete.
