Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. Every estimate is written, itemized, and free. We visit the property, assess the conditions, and give you a number we stand behind before any work starts. We do not quote jobs over the phone without seeing the property first. A 20-minute site visit gives us everything we need to write a firm price.

How long does a new asphalt driveway last in Connecticut?

A properly installed asphalt driveway lasts 25 to 30 years in Connecticut when the subbase is built correctly and the surface is sealcoated every three to five years. We have driveways we installed in the 1990s still performing as built. The subbase is what determines longevity, not the surface material.
